About the role

  • Head of HR at Paf Group shaping HR strategy for an international gaming company. Leading a team and ensuring compliance with HR governance in an innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with Paf Group’s business priorities
  • Support senior leadership in organizational development and change initiatives
  • Ensure a strong employee experience across the full lifecycle and promote a performance-oriented culture
  • Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits structures
  • Take an active role in HR operations, including employee relations and complex HR matters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, GDPR and internal policies, including ownership of HR-related agreements and management of external vendors
  • Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of HR processes and systems
  • Oversee workplace-related services such as office facilities, reception, and travel management
  • Lead and develop the HR team while contributing operationally.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a senior HR role, preferably in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of both strategic HR and hands-on HR operations
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR governance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and individuals
  • A pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
