Responsibilities

  • Review employment packets for accuracy and completeness
  • Verify I-9 documentation and ensure all required hiring documents are collected
  • Review pay details and employment information with new hires
  • Ensure all onboarding and credentialing requirements are met in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Provide a professional, timely, and positive onboarding experience
  • Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS systems
  • Partner with internal teams to support efficient onboarding processes

Requirements

  • Experience in HR, onboarding, staffing, or administrative support (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS or data-entry systems (preferred)
