About the role

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Practical experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for IT roles.
- Proven experience (minimum 2–4 years) in administrative activities within the commercial/sales area.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using recruitment tools/ATS.
- Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
- Postgraduate degree and/or MBA is a plus.
- Courses or certifications in Recruitment and Selection techniques.
