About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process for IT positions.
  • Participate in defining job profiles and posting openings.
  • Administer assessments and communicate with candidates.
  • Support onboarding of new employees.
  • Monitor the sales cycle and assist with administrative tasks related to the commercial area.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Practical experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for IT roles.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2–4 years) in administrative activities within the commercial/sales area.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience using recruitment tools/ATS.
  • Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
  • Postgraduate degree and/or MBA is a plus.
  • Courses or certifications in Recruitment and Selection techniques.
