Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment and selection process for IT positions.
Participate in defining job profiles and posting openings.
Administer assessments and communicate with candidates.
Support onboarding of new employees.
Monitor the sales cycle and assist with administrative tasks related to the commercial area.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
Practical experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for IT roles.
Proven experience (minimum 2–4 years) in administrative activities within the commercial/sales area.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience using recruitment tools/ATS.
Experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
Postgraduate degree and/or MBA is a plus.
Courses or certifications in Recruitment and Selection techniques.
