Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes with a strategic mindset, strong organization, and focus on delivering the best experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Align profiles and expectations with leadership, acting consultatively to identify talent that fits both the business needs and the company culture.
Advertise vacancies creatively and effectively, using a variety of channels and talent attraction strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments with responsibility, ethics and impartiality.
Monitor recruitment metrics, ensuring quality, speed and continuous improvement.
Maintain close and transparent communication with candidates, promoting a humanized and respectful experience at every stage.
Support diversity, inclusion initiatives and employer branding efforts.
Organize and update recruitment information, reports and systems, ensuring data reliability and confidentiality.
Requirements
✅ Essential requirements
Solid, proven experience in Talent Attraction and Selection, working autonomously and innovatively in end-to-end processes.
Experience recruiting for technology roles across various levels and languages, with focus on quality and cultural fit.
Strong ability to align with hiring managers, acting as a business partner and influencing decisions with technical grounding.
Experience conducting competency-based interviews and behavioral assessments.
Analytical skills to monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate funnel, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication, with an ethical, empathetic and professional demeanor.
Organized, with good prioritization and responsibility when managing multiple simultaneous hiring processes.
Proficiency with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar).
