Responsibilities
Own and optimise paid performance channels, with a focus across Meta, Google and PPC
Partner with our affiliate media agency to plan and secure high-quality placements
Take ownership in delivering business objectives by meeting acquisition targets within an agreed budget and CPA target
Proactively identify risks and opportunities, making suggestions to adjust plans
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns end to end. From strategy and briefing through to activation, optimisation, and performance review.
Confidently make recommendations to stakeholders that are embedded in testing and performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
Strong hands-on digital marketing capabilities across Meta, Google and PPC
Awareness of SEO fundamentals and how paid and organic channels work together
An interest in keeping up to date with the evolving changes in AI and how they can be used or impact us as business
Confidence managing budgets
Commercially minded with an ability to hit targets
Strong analytical skills, to evaluate performance and communicate clear, actionable insights and recommendations to a range of audiences
A flexible, delivery focused approach with the ability to drive projects to completion, delivering clear results and measurable impact
