About the role

  • Account Administrator role focused on providing operational assistance to roadside assistance programs at AAA. Prepare data reports and serve as support to Account Executive(s) and address client issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational assistance to commercial roadside programs
  • Serves as the backup to the Account Executive(s)
  • Responsible for data reporting and preparing presentations
  • Addresses client contact center complaints
  • Monitors client metrics and related trends
  • Responds to RAP client complaints or customer escalated issues as needed
  • Analyzes and updates RAP case information to complete client billing and pay clubs
  • Provides support for client customer reimbursement of service as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
  • Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a client support or customer service-related role
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
  • Strong MS Office skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment
