Responsibilities
Consultative B2B sales and enterprise sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
Deliver tailored demonstrations of the 7Learnings solution.
Develop and refine sales standards, pitches, objection handling, and problem-solving strategies.
Lead the negotiation process and optimally align commercial terms.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Contribute strategically to the design and optimization of new processes and build strategic partnerships.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in retail and/or e-commerce.
Solid experience in consultative B2B selling and enterprise sales.
Deliver impactful presentations and follow a consultative sales approach.
Strong character, positive mindset, and resilient under pressure.
Excellent German and good English proficiency.
