About the role

  • Join 4U EdTech as a Sales IA I, supporting innovative digital education solutions while driving sales through AI strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales AI in the continuous improvement process, adjusting outreach strategies as leads warm up;
  • Develop commercial strategies integrated with AI, enhancing sales funnel performance;
  • Directly handle sales closings when the AI does not complete the conversion;
  • Use psychological triggers, persuasion patterns, and sales techniques to increase conversions;
  • Improve objection handling and guide adjustments to the AI's messaging;
  • Inspect and analyze conversations to identify improvement opportunities in automated customer interactions;
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, AI evolution, and results achieved;
  • Maintain control of sales data and commercial metrics, turning them into actionable insights;
  • Conduct sales via WhatsApp and phone calls, maintaining high performance across both channels;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Experience in consultative sales and enrollment closings (postgraduate degree is a plus);
  • Hands-on experience in WhatsApp sales and commercial customer service;
  • Ability to build rapport and guide leads to the final decision;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing to support strategies;
  • Interest in or prior experience with artificial intelligence applied to business;
  • Inspect the sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, and provide strategic feedback for automations/AI;
  • Experience analyzing metrics and preparing commercial reports;
  • Maintain control of sales data and monitor AI performance.
