Retirement Sales Associate supporting Exclusive Agents and clients in managing retirement rollover cases. Working in a fully remote or hybrid capacity to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
Manage retirement rollover cases from EA intake through application completion and account setup
Coordinate and track rollover documentation, including requests to incumbent vendors
Monitor rollover pipelines, follow up on pending transfers, and resolve “not in good order” items
Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and Exclusive Agents on rollover status and next steps
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate processing
Ensure all activities comply with Reg BI, suitability, and internal guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation and update systems such as FireLight and RightBridge
Track and report rollover activity, turnaround times, and completed cases
Requirements
Series 6 & 63 licenses required (Series 7 preferred)
Knowledge of retirement products, 403(b) plans, and rollovers
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Experience in financial services operations, retirement support, or client service preferred
