Ensure professional, accurate and timely processing of will call orders
Serve customers by physically providing customers their completed print orders
If presented with a customer concern or print issue, properly guide customers on next steps through the website and/or through Customer Experience
Assist customers in navigating the 4over website as needed
Maintain an organized storeroom by placing merchandise on appropriate shelves
When not helping customers, Will Call will be responsible for assisting Customer Experience through other avenues (phone calls, emails, etc.)
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn customer loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge
Handle complex requests with patience, professionalism, and empathy
Listen actively and intently to gain a full understanding of the call; acknowledge key points and ask appropriate questions; interpret verbal cues to identify underlying concerns and motivations
Dependent on location, unloading of pallets/truck deliveries may be required
Dependent on location, forklift certification may be required and will be provided by company
Complete and process all required tasks
Regularly perform general housekeeping duties in your work area(s)
Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Attend all department/company meetings
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
High School Diploma or GED equivalency, required
Forklift certified
Strong work history (longevity)
Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service experience
Preferred Printing or Wide Format experience, preferred
