About the role

  • Office Manager supporting our tax consultancy firm in Wuppertal. Serving as first contact, organizing processes, and collaborating closely with the tax team.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for our clients — from quotes & contracts to onboarding and digital interfaces
  • Support the management team with strategic tasks
  • Independent project work and organization of our tax firm’s processes
  • Analyze digital workflows and prepare decision documents/recommendations for process optimization
  • Close collaboration with our tax team — you actively contribute your ideas

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., tax clerk, industrial clerk) or a degree (e.g., Business Administration)
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented manner in client contact
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Enjoys teamwork and has a good sense of organization and efficiency
