Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web, landing pages) within budget and timelines
Contribute to lead generation (MQLs) and improve conversion rates
Support cross-sell, upsell, and renewal strategies to drive customer lifetime value
Monitor and optimise campaign performance, including CPC, engagement metrics, and conversion rates
Analyse campaign data and provide insights to inform future strategy
Coordinate event logistics and support event strategy and execution
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams
Manage competing priorities and projects within tight deadlines
Stay up to date with the education market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Bring fresh thinking and creativity to all marketing initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in commerce specialising in marketing (or similar) is preferred
3–4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing roles such as Marketing Coordinator/Executive or similar
