Responsibilities
Process analysis & optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Workshop facilitation & stakeholder communication: Confident presence in meetings and workshops with subject-matter experts and leadership.
Project ownership: Plan, manage and deliver process optimization projects.
Change enablement & training: Support change initiatives through training and onboarding.
Willingness to travel: Ready to work across Germany to support client teams on-site.
Requirements
Degree in Business, IT or Engineering.
3–5 years' experience in process management, requirements analysis or transformation.
Industry experience in the financial or banking sector is a strong plus.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform) desirable.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
Excellent German and English skills (at least B2).
