About the role

• Intern in Energy Operations at 1KOMMA5° supporting projects for a digital and connected energy world. Collaborating on dynamic tariff and process optimization for energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• You will support the Energy Operations team in day-to-day work on projects such as #DynamicPulse or #SmartMeterRollout — contributing to a digital and connected energy world of tomorrow
• You will help scale one of 1KOMMA5°'s core focus areas: our dynamic electricity tariff “Dynamic Pulse”
• You will coordinate independently with internal stakeholders (e.g., local installation partners within the 1KOMMA5° group) and external stakeholders (e.g., grid operators) and gain hands-on experience in the real-life implementation of the energy transition
• You will analyze and optimize processes
• After onboarding, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a project and implement it, supported by your manager
• You will prepare presentations for relevant Product Owners
• Together with your team you will evaluate current KPIs and derive measures

Requirements

• You can support us as an intern for at least 4 months and preferably longer (desired: 6 months)
• For this position it is essential that you feel comfortable communicating fluently in German (min. C1 level)
• You are motivated to advance the energy transition house by house and to solve customer problems (without direct customer contact)
• You enjoy data-driven work
• You are looking for a steep learning curve and are open to feedback — everyone can learn, and we want to provide room for that
• Do you already have some experience in the energy sector? Great! Are you still a rookie in the industry? No problem — for us motivation and willingness to learn are what count
