Senior Sales Operations Analyst supporting sales leadership in a leading Brazilian tech company for restaurants. Driving revenue operations and analytical insights across departments and teams.
Responsibilities
Atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) das lideranças de Vendas, Marketing e CS, apoiando a tomada de decisão nos níveis operacional, tático e executivo;
Liderar o desenvolvimento e a melhoria contínua dos processos de Revenue Operations (RevOps), com foco em dados, ferramentas, processos e enablement;
Estruturar e facilitar fóruns de acompanhamento de receita e rituais de alinhamento entre as áreas;
Criar, manter e evoluir dashboards, relatórios e modelos preditivos de crescimento e forecasting;
Apoiar a disseminação da cultura analítica e a adoção do modelo self-service BI;
Otimizar o stack de ferramentas (CRM, automação de marketing, BI), garantindo a integridade e confiabilidade dos dados;
Identificar e implementar oportunidades de automação de processos e fluxos de trabalho, reduzindo fricções operacionais;
Atuar como ponte entre times técnicos (Produto, Engenharia e Dados) e áreas de negócio, garantindo que aprendizados e práticas de RevOps estejam integrados à estratégia organizacional.
Requirements
Ensino superior completo em Engenharias, Administração, Economia, Ciências da Computação ou áreas correlatas;
+5 anos de experiência prévia em Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Ops ou Marketing Ops, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia em crescimento acelerado;
Familiaridade com CRM HubSpot;
Proficiência em SQL e Excel/Google Sheets;
Forte capacidade analítica, com habilidade para interpretar métricas e KPIs e transformá-los em insights acionáveis para o negócio;
Experiência prática com ferramentas de visualização de dados (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase ou similares);
Conhecimento básico sobre pipeline e arquitetura de dados;
Perfil autônomo, colaborativo e hands-on, com foco em execução e entregas consistentes.
