About the role

  • Sales Strategy & Planning lead developing processes and tools for sales life-cycle management at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Engage with sales teams and drive operational efficiency across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle
  • Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting
  • Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems
  • Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities
  • Plans, manages, and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities
  • Engages with sales managers, program managers, and executives

Requirements

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced university degree preferred
  • 5+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Prior software industry experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experienced in managing human capital across geographies
