About the role

  • Triaging incoming support requests and serve as the IT Workplace point of contact;
  • Handling incidents and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA);
  • Creating and maintaining self help articles within our Tech Hub;
  • Performing hardware and software troubleshooting including laptop failure and software reinstallation;
  • Managing and administering our user management platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Ring Central and Office 365;
  • Assisting Service Management leads in identifying opportunities for future improvements and developing our strategic roadmap;
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of Service Management projects through timely completion of assigned tasks;
  • Procurement, installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and software (Mac, Chromebooks & peripherals).

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 12 months previous experience of providing technical hardware support. Previous experience working in a global organization.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of supporting MacOS and Google Chrome environments; Familiarity with standard software applications, including MS Office Suite (O365), and Google Workspace. ITIL v4 Foundation or above.
  • One Team Mindset: You see beyond individual achievement and work to ensure the whole team succeeds; familiarity with working across disciplines and across multiple time zones; self motivated and disciplined.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Discipline: The globally distributed nature of our team means you may find yourself working without a direct line of command present. You need to be able to retain your high standard of work with or without supervision.

  • Compensation- $55-$65k
