Responsibilities
Active participation in videos & stories: Present yourself authentically and creatively on camera.
Content creation: Photo and video capture for clients and events — visually document special moments.
Image & video editing: Edit photos and videos independently and create compelling graphics.
Idea development for social media: Develop creative concepts and formats for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Competitor and trend analysis: Monitor trends and competitors to develop innovative content.
Brand ambassador: Be the face of a shopping center on its social media channels.
Event coverage: Document jointly planned events and activities in the center with photos and video.
Flexible roles: Work sometimes in front of and sometimes behind the camera depending on the story.
Creative input: Contribute your own ideas for new video formats and storytelling.
Collaboration on editing: Assist with cutting and post-production and work closely with the team.
Requirements
You are an aspiring creator based in Berlin
You are eager for new challenges, want to become visible and develop creatively
You are reliable, communicative and enjoy being both in front of and behind the camera
Experience in photography and videography
Experience with Canva, CapCut and ideally Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro
Minimum 3 months of work experience, other environments welcome
Understanding of social media
Interest in fashion and shopping
Organized
Fluent in English and German
Strong writing skills
Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
