About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads in the DACH region and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. Part of a growing HR startup improving workplace collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new qualified leads and pipelines in the DACH region
  • Use exceptional consultative skills on the phone, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, build trust, and overcome objections
  • Meet quarterly SQOs, lead SLAs, and weekly KPI and activity targets
  • Apply best practices for account development via email and phone and set up email sequences using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reachout, or other tools
  • Research and conduct consultative meetings with prospects, taking full ownership of aligning our product offering to customer needs
  • Optimize our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and our messaging
  • Research, document, and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in our CRM
  • Ensure activities are properly documented and opportunities are accurately forecasted through diligent use of the CRM

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development (SDR/BDR), ideally in a software or SaaS company, and experience selling HR tools
  • Strong language proficiency in German and English
  • Track record of exceeding quota and proven sales success in previous roles
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs, ask open questions, and actively listen
  • Experience with an SDR tech stack or similar tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Reachout, etc.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and experience working with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
  • Coaching qualification and some coaching experience is a plus
