About the role

  • Business Development Representative at Ideagen identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through communication. Supporting sales efforts to expand software solutions reach while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to help spark new leads.
  • Find the right people to talk to in target companies and start building genuine relationships.
  • Check whether new leads are a good fit based on simple guidelines.
  • Share what Ideagen does and how our solutions can help solve real problems.
  • Team up with the sales crew on different campaigns and efforts to support growth.
  • Listen to what prospects need and suggest the software options that make the most sense.
  • Use our CRM to keep track of your conversations, tasks, and opportunities.
  • Join team meetings and training sessions to keep learning and leveling up your skills.
  • Stay up to date with what’s happening in the industry so you can help spot new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development or sales, ideally in software.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confident presenting ideas in writing and in conversation.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Goal‑driven and motivated to hit targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tools.
  • Organized and good at managing time and priorities.
  • Positive, resilient attitude.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with GRC software.
