Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East and Africa.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders in the region.
Strengthen relationships with global partners and strategic manufacturers.
Develop and manage a strong network of local partners and resellers.
Analyze healthcare market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform regional commercial actions.
Manage key client accounts and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Deliver impactful product demonstrations of Barco's healthcare solutions to end users.
Organize workshops and educational sessions to increase customer awareness and adoption.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure strong brand positioning across the region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or another healthcare-related business discipline.
5–8 years of experience in medical equipment or healthcare software sales within the Middle East.
Strong understanding of regional healthcare dynamics and market specifics.
Excellent command of both Arabic and English is required.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability and willingness to travel across the Middle East & Africa region.
