About the role
- Recruiting working student supporting a dynamic startup's hiring process while gaining hands-on experience. Engaging with candidates and collaborating closely with the founder and CEO.
Responsibilities
- Active Sourcing (50%)
- Filling the candidate pipeline for assignments with many strong potentials
- Responsibilities: candidate research on LinkedIn Recruiter; management of pipelines and candidate pools in LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM
- Initial outreach & follow-ups with candidates
- Reporting and communication to candidate management and project management
- Candidate Management (50%)
- Ensuring that candidates in our processes and in our candidate pool feel well looked after and develop a positive impression of a placement and of A-LEVEL
- Responsibilities: communication with candidates who are actively in the application process
- Recording and processing candidates’ wishes and needs
- Preparing, conducting & evaluating candidate interviews
- Initiating, preparing and finalizing job offers and contracts with candidates, and supporting our clients in this process
- Acting as the communication interface between companies and candidates
- Referring candidates to the Sales Team who fall out of the process but are suitable for other positions
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a working student in Recruiting – you know the workflows and bring initial practical experience.
- If you don’t have experience but are highly motivated – let’s talk!
- Strong communication skills & enthusiasm – you enjoy engaging with candidates and can excite them about new opportunities.
- High empathy & strong interpersonal insight – you understand what motivates talent and can put yourself in others’ shoes.
- Structured & independent working style – you organize yourself efficiently and find pragmatic solutions.
- Result-oriented & persistent – you follow through and don’t get easily rattled.
- Open & outgoing – you love working with people and build relationships quickly.
