About the role

  • Physician Recruitment Specialist overseeing clinical candidate recruiting and vetting processes. Driving business outcomes through effective recruiting strategies and collaboration with clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the recruiting and vetting process for new clinical candidates
  • Focusing on the VIP customer experience
  • Executing full lifecycle recruiting including developing search, sourcing, and interview strategies
  • Connecting with qualified candidates and evaluating credentials
  • Driving effective talent strategy to support the business
  • Collaborating with Clinical Leaders to design and execute integrated Physician talent strategies
  • Utilizing research and competitive intelligence to attract and assess highly skilled professionals
  • Building relationships with clinical leaders

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis
  • A minimum of 10 years’ overall work experience as a recruiter required
  • A minimum of 5 years’ as a physician recruiter strongly desired
  • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification preferred
  • Experience with Workday and/or Phenom People a strong plus
  • Experience in both a corporate environment and search firm experienced preferred
