About the role

Responsibilities
- Support for operational day-to-day tasks in HR processes and HR systems (e.g., master data maintenance, process documentation)
- Contribute to the digitization and optimization of HR processes, e.g., implementing new tools or workflows
- Analyze and document existing HR processes and assist in creating process manuals and training materials
- Participate in projects to further develop our HR system
- Prepare analyses and reports (e.g., in Excel, Power BI or from the HR system)
- Support the rollout of new HR technologies and associated change-management activities
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Human Resources / Personnel Management, or a comparable degree program
- Affinity for digital tools and HR systems and an interest in the interface between HR and IT
- Initial experience in HR or process management is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and reliability
