About the role
- Working student as Founder's Associate at VT Netzwelt GmbH. Involved in internal strategy and operations projects, collaborating with the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Execute internal projects: You will support internal strategic initiatives from initial idea to implementation. You will work closely with executive management and internal teams to ensure we meet our internal objectives efficiently — for example through process improvements, tool implementation, or building organizational structures.
- Own sub-projects: You will independently take responsibility for smaller (sub-)projects — such as optimizing processes, automations, or internal reporting. You can help shape internal topics significantly and take on real responsibility.
- AI-driven process optimization: A core focus is using artificial intelligence strategically to make internal workflows and processes more efficient. You will identify opportunities, test AI tools, and support their implementation across the company.
- Proactive improvements & AI/tool scouting: You will participate in ideation, identify optimization opportunities, and proactively propose initiatives that make a real impact. You will track the latest AI tools and technologies, evaluate them, and assist with their adoption — with a focus on internal use cases.
- Rapid prototyping & R&D: Together we will develop internal prototypes, evaluate tools and concepts, and validate new ideas — always with an eye on advancing the company.
Requirements
- Ongoing degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field — you have a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong problem-solving skills: You are a troubleshooter, think analytically, and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations.
- Appetite for innovation & creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and taking responsibility for turning them into concrete results.
- Technical interest and basic skills (e.g., coding) are a plus but not required — willingness to learn and a basic understanding of digital tools and processes are more important.
- Excellent German and English skills — you communicate confidently in both languages.
