Responsibilities
Identify organizational gaps and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
Design and produce high-quality content for keynotes and customer meetings.
Observe organizational behavior and shifts in direction to provide proactive insights and trusted counsel.
Synchronize the 'rhythm of the business' (Quarterly Planning, MBOs) with HP’s broader strategy.
Lead high-visibility special projects with rapid turnarounds, high discretion, and a 'no task too small' mindset.
Requirements
Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to, (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience).
Will have completed at least your bachelor’s degree no earlier than May 2025 or will have graduated prior to your anticipated start date with HP.
Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.
1+ years in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations in a global tech environment.
