- Audit and optimize internal processes to eliminate friction, ensuring the leadership team operates at peak efficiency.
- Act as a connective tissue between the CEO and senior leadership, facilitating alignment on key performance metrics and fostering a culture of high ownership.
- Lead 'zero-to-one' initiatives, from market research and geographic expansion to internal restructuring or evaluating new AI-driven product opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a strategic role within a high-growth fintech, startup, or top-tier financial services firm.
- Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate executive workflows and reporting.
- Strong understanding of investor relations and financial modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of role-specific execution in ambiguous situations.
- Experience managing complex projects using tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Hubspot.
