About the role

  • Assist in organizing internal and external events
  • Support administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms and coordinating meetings
  • Help with budget reviews and compiling financial overviews
  • Review and support the preparation of agreements and contracts
  • Conduct research and basic data analysis to support Business Development and Fundraising initiatives
  • Create presentations and other content for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, with an expected graduation date no earlier than the end of 2026, ideally in European Studies, Innovation Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Eligible to work as a student in Germany.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and independent working style
  • Experience in event planning and administrative coordination
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Ability to review documents with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and written content (e.g., PowerPoint, Word)
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
