Responsibilities
Assist in organizing internal and external events
Support administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms and coordinating meetings
Help with budget reviews and compiling financial overviews
Review and support the preparation of agreements and contracts
Conduct research and basic data analysis to support Business Development and Fundraising initiatives
Create presentations and other content for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme, with an expected graduation date no earlier than the end of 2026, ideally in European Studies, Innovation Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Eligible to work as a student in Germany.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive and independent working style
Experience in event planning and administrative coordination
Good research and analytical skills
Ability to review documents with attention to detail
Proficiency in creating presentations and written content (e.g., PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
