Ownership of internal delivery and organization of customer stories, quotes, logos and internal slides by value driver, vertical and other criteria for marketing and sales consumption
Support in creation and tracking of overall marketing content in a centralized content repository
Execute and track customer content strategy in Highspot
Ownership and continuous update of other Customer Marketing trackers
Support project management of customer assets in Asana and internal/external promotion
Report directly to the Director Customer Marketing
Hybrid work environment with three days a week in Munich or Berlin offices
Requirements
Ideally studying a MKT masters or similar
Ideally first experiences in B2B Content Marketing and/or Customer Marketing and/or tech journalism
Curiosity on e-Commerce/tech trends and passion for storytelling
Ability to write concise and creative copy in English and communicate at a native level
Experience working with content and sales tools like Highspot and project management tools like Asana
Familiarity with KPI reporting mechanisms and tools
Ability to handle different projects and set and meet deadlines consistently
