About the role
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for multiple communities.
- Partner daily with Sales Directors, guiding them with clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (agencies, printers, speakers, list providers).
- Manage direct mail programs, events, creative materials, and marketing calendars.
- Coordinate presentations, speakers, timelines, and production details.
- Review performance using Salesforce, Power BI and event metrics to make strategic recommendations.
- Maintain updated marketing assets and community websites.
- Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively with managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- **Who we’re looking for**
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 10+ years of marketing experience.
- Strong strategic mindset and ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience as an Account Manager or in Marketing Operations is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working closely with sales teams and influencing decisions.
- Experience with direct mail, events, or vendor management is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to the U.S. (~30 days/year).
