About the role

  • Webentwickler bei atlantis dx GmbH konzipiert und implementiert CRM- und Customer Service-Lösungen. Arbeitet im Team an individuellen Anpassungen, einschließlich SugarCRM und Zendesk.

Responsibilities

  • Design and technical implementation of CRM and customer service solutions based on SugarCRM and Zendesk
  • Customizing web-based SugarCRM and Zendesk solutions according to client requirements
  • Development of custom extensions and adaptations using PHP and JavaScript
  • Integration and connection of third-party systems via REST
  • Participation in client workshops to capture and analyze requirements
  • Implementation through to go-live in coordination with our team and clients; ongoing customer support and further development after rollout

Requirements

  • Good PHP skills
  • Experience with web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience working with relational database systems, particularly MySQL
  • Experience with SugarCRM and/or Zendesk or similar solutions is an advantage
  • Experience with common development methodologies and versioning/deployment tools
  • Very good German language skills
