Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the Walmart/Sam's Club beauty and personal care space.
Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team while cultivating strong partnerships with category buyers and brand stakeholders.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through creative networking, digital tools, and trade show participation.
Partner with clients to optimize merchandising, promotional strategies, pricing models, and successful product launches tailored to Walmart/Sam’s Club.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution, including on-time shipping and inventory optimization.
Leverage retail analytics and digital transformation to optimize sales performance and category alignment.
Requirements
7+ years of senior sales leadership experience within the consumer goods industry, preferably within Walmart/Sam's Club.
Expertise in the Grocery category; sales agency/broker experience preferred.
Proven track record of managing teams and business units, driving revenue growth, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Strong understanding of retail sales strategies, including merchandising, pricing, and promotional tactics in Walmart D46 and D2.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter approach and unrelenting drive to win.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in retail analytics and familiarity with digital sales tools is a plus.
