Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
8+ years of progressive operations management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success in implementing process automation (including RPA) and scaling operational capabilities.
Strong track record in order fulfillment, supply chain optimization, and operational strategy.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing managers.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
