- Lead initiatives to implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other digital tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and leverage technology-driven solutions to enhance scalability.
- Directly mentor and develop department managers, ensuring they have the tools, skills, and leadership mindset to effectively manage their teams.
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Manage budgets for operational activities to ensure strong ROI.
- Track and report on operational performance metrics to measure progress and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in implementing process automation (including RPA) and scaling operational capabilities.
- Strong track record in order fulfillment, supply chain optimization, and operational strategy.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing managers.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
