About the role

  • Office work and operations agent in a financial group provides administrative and operational support. Aiming to maximize productivity and facilitate daily operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
  • Help analyze and produce reports and statistics
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding
  • Coordinate the unit’s activities
  • Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures
  • Help prepare presentations and related documents
  • Serve as resource person for administrative and operational matters

Requirements

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
