Responsibilities
Lead the demand generation team to devise strategies that drive MQLs and SQLs.
Oversee field marketing initiatives and provide leadership to the demand gen and potentially the SDR/BDR inside sales team.
Optimize marketing spend across channels to improve cost per MQL, cost per opportunity, and cost per closed won.
Lead initiatives to increase pipeline created dollars, enhancing pipeline-to-spend ratio.
Establish and strengthen our brand in competitive markets, doubling down on our market leadership.
Implement creative strategies to differentiate our brand through guerrilla marketing and unconventional tactics.
Boost brand visibility and recognition by leveraging key marketing channels and market trends.
Drive new opportunity creation, managing marketing activities to optimize conversions from MQL to demos and demos to opportunities.
Track and report marketing performance metrics tied to pipeline creation, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets and goals.

Work closely with the CEO on content marketing strategy and GTM (Go-To-Market) engineering strategy.

Develop structured reporting and dashboards to monitor marketing KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
Collaborate on product launches, ensuring cohesive messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Requirements
SaaS Marketing Leadership: 10+ years in marketing within a SaaS environment; at least 5+ years leading marketing teams in a high-growth startup setting.
Scaling Expertise: Must have experience scaling growth-stage startups as a hands-on strategic leader, ideally managing growth from $15M to $50M. Experience in a $20M to IPO journey is even more desired.
Metric-Driven Growth: Proven success driving MQL, SQL, and pipeline growth; adept at analyzing and improving complex marketing metrics.
Innovative Marketing Strategies: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
Executive Presence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership and external partners.
