Responsibilities

- Gesamtverantwortung für die Finance-Systemlandschaft, insbesondere die Integration und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA sowie von Lucanet
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Procurement und Operations zur Sicherstellung von Datenintegrität, Systemkompatibilität und durchgängiger Prozessharmonisierung
- Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung (einschließlich AI- und Data-Automation-Initiativen)
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Governance-, Kontroll- und Risikomanagement-Strukturen (IKS, Process Catalog, Finance Risk Matrix)
- Verantwortlich für die finanzielle Übersetzung operativer Geschäftsprozesse: Komplexe Zahlungs-, Buchungs- und Prozessflüsse werden in steuerungsrelevante Informationen überführt, um datenbasierte und nachhaltige Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit FP&A liegt der Fokus auf Effizienz, Automatisierung und Transparenz innerhalb der Finanzprozesse.
- Business Partnering mit den operativen Einheiten bei Budgetierung, Forecasting und Cashflow-Steuerung, um finanzielle Zielerreichung und operative Exzellenz zu erreichen
- Steuerung und Mitgestaltung bereichsübergreifender Finanztransformationen mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Transparenz und Skalierbarkeit
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion im Group Accounting, Finance Operations oder Controlling – idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gutes Verständnis der Rechnungslegung nach HGB - IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung größerer Teams und in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb komplexer Matrixorganisationen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, FI-CA), soweit möglich Lucanet oder anderer Konsolidierungstools sowie ausgeprägte IT- und Systemaffinität
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Prozessautomatisierung, Systemintegration und digitalen Transformation von Finanzprozessen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz auf Management- bzw. C-Level-Ebene
- Strategische Denkweise in Kombination mit einer pragmatischen, umsetzungsorientierten Arbeitsweise („Hands-on“-Mentalität)
