- Oversee our loyalty program, strategic marketing program and CRM marketing channel for France.
- Grow our loyalty program, Deliveroo Plus by owning both the program value proposition and program marketing.
- Own the CRM marketing channel in France, shaping strategy to maximize channel value and customer base growth.
- Coordinate marketing strategic planning and customer insights reporting across FR marketing sub-teams.
- Influence in-app customer experience roadmap and product developments.
- Coach and manage a team of managers and associates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in tech or digital-first businesses. Prior experience with loyalty programs or subscription-based businesses is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills and an ability to operate across levels in a matrix environment
- Project management expertise and an ability to seamlessly handle competing demands and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both French and English
- Growth mindset, bias towards collaboration and strong problem-solving skills
- Highly proactive, with an ability to set strategy and operate independently
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
