Responsibilities
Oversee our loyalty program, strategic marketing program and CRM marketing channel for France.
Grow our loyalty program, Deliveroo Plus by owning both the program value proposition and program marketing.
Own the CRM marketing channel in France, shaping strategy to maximize channel value and customer base growth.
Coordinate marketing strategic planning and customer insights reporting across FR marketing sub-teams.
Influence in-app customer experience roadmap and product developments.
Coach and manage a team of managers and associates.
Requirements
Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in tech or digital-first businesses. Prior experience with loyalty programs or subscription-based businesses is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Strong relationship management and influencing skills and an ability to operate across levels in a matrix environment
Project management expertise and an ability to seamlessly handle competing demands and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both French and English
