About the role

  • Senior Manager overseeing Deliveroo's loyalty program and CRM marketing for France. Leading a team and collaborating with marketing leadership to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee our loyalty program, strategic marketing program and CRM marketing channel for France.
  • Grow our loyalty program, Deliveroo Plus by owning both the program value proposition and program marketing.
  • Own the CRM marketing channel in France, shaping strategy to maximize channel value and customer base growth.
  • Coordinate marketing strategic planning and customer insights reporting across FR marketing sub-teams.
  • Influence in-app customer experience roadmap and product developments.
  • Coach and manage a team of managers and associates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in tech or digital-first businesses. Prior experience with loyalty programs or subscription-based businesses is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills and an ability to operate across levels in a matrix environment
  • Project management expertise and an ability to seamlessly handle competing demands and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both French and English
  • Growth mindset, bias towards collaboration and strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly proactive, with an ability to set strategy and operate independently
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus
  • Team management experience is required
