- Sicher im Umgang mit Rechtschreibung und Grammatik
- Selbstbewusst am Telefon kommunizieren
- Organisiert und strukturiert arbeiten
- Hohe Motivation durch Ziele und KPI-Tracking
- Schneller Umgang mit Computer und Internet
- Reisebereitschaft zweimal bis viermal im Jahr zu Firmentreffen im Ausland
