About the role

  • Define and lead the strategic UX vision for digital products (websites, platforms).
  • Manage and support multidisciplinary teams, promoting development and excellence.
  • Oversee and conduct user research to inform design and optimize experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product, development and marketing teams, ensuring an integrated, user-centered approach.
  • Develop differentiated solution strategies based on data and performance.
  • Plan, design and optimize digital journeys, including A/B testing.
  • Monitor KPIs, propose improvements and maintain the product backlog.
  • Prepare benchmarks and competitor analyses to identify innovations that deliver competitive advantage in digital ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related fields with a focus on UX.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in UX/UI, with at least 2–3 years in team leadership or leading complex website/app projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX), design tools (Figma, Sketch), user research, A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Skills: Leadership, strategic vision (CX/UX), clear communication, empathy, proactivity and resilience.
  • Languages: Advanced English; Spanish desirable.
  • Additional Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with websites and/or applications is required.
