Responsibilities
Drive performance marketing efforts for EdTech products.
Create and optimize campaigns to maximize user acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in user acquisition with Facebook Ads source, with a focus on subscription-based products
Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets (1kk+ per month) and achieving positive ROAS.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of web promotion for B2C digital products.
Proficiency with Excel.
Good in using attribution, analytics, and engagement tools to track and analyze user acquisition metrics.
Experience in using and implementing automation tools and ideas to optimize UA workflows
Ability to maintain internal documentation: process descriptions, tasks, and technical briefs for internal teams
B1+ English proficiency
