Requirements
Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare finance, with a focus on skilled nursing facilities
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administrator, Business Management, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
Extensive experience in healthcare billing systems (e.g. PointClickCare, Epic)
In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer regulations and reimbursement processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to interpret financial data and trends
Proven leadership abilities, including experience in team management, training, and development
Must be able to work well with others in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be able and willing to travel frequently; travel may include overnight stays, flexibility and willingness to accommodate travel schedules required.
