About the role

  • Planning and coordinating training logistics, including scheduling, preparation of resources and ensuring training sessions are set up and ready to go
  • Managing and responding to enquiries received via the training mailbox and being responsive and supportive to all stakeholders, colleagues and external providers
  • Overseeing course and delegate waitlists and handling cancellations in accordance with agreed service levels and utilisation targets
  • Acting as key point of contact for the Learning Management System (LMS), providing support with testing, issue resolution, feedback and identifying potential improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum proven experience in a similar training coordination role in a customer-focused or service environment
  • Strong experience in administrative tasks and organisational management, with proven expertise in planning and coordinating activities or events effectively
  • Confident and experienced in using IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Can perform effectively in a fast-paced setting and can adapt to changing needs
  • Be a supportive team player who contributes positively and engages in effective communication
  • Capable of independently managing your workload, taking initiative and navigating challenges with practical solutions
  • Able to prioritise work and escalate issues appropriately, offering possible solutions where relevant
  • Approaches customer interactions with professionalism, care and respect
  • Ensures confidentiality is respected and acts with integrity
  • Open to feedback and maintains a strong commitment to personal and professional development
