About the role
- Transform product information into clear, effective training materials including videos and eLearning documentation.
- Partner with Content Strategists to gather product release details and align on messaging and training scope.
- Coordinate with Training Leaders to audit, update, and maintain current training assets based on new product features or process changes.
- Manage tasks using Jira to track progress, meet deadlines, and ensure ticket completion.
- Maintain open communication across Product, Content, and Training departments to stay aligned on priorities.
- Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects, track revisions, and maintain documentation within systems.
- Create high-quality training videos using Synthesia or similar software.
- Utilize Seismic or similar LMS platforms to upload, organize, and track training content and learner engagement analytics.
- Support creation of engaging, accessible, and scalable training content tied to product releases and internal enablement.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar learning and development role.
- Willing to come into our Kraków office 2-3 times per week.
- Proficiency with eLearning tools and video production platforms, especially Synthesia.
- Experience with task/project management systems like Jira.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (preferably Seismic) is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to distill technical information into learner-friendly content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of initiative and attention to detail.
