About the role

  • Customer support specialist providing consultative service across various channels for agricultural clients. Handling client engagement and problem resolution in the digital agriculture journey.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative support to customers across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Drive customer engagement in the Digital Agriculture journey
  • Monitor and route requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Reactive and proactive interactions with customers aimed at retention and engagement
  • Technical support for farmers
  • Verification of machinery compatibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field)
  • Intermediate to advanced English
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, customer success, support)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Differentials:
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with customer service platforms and systems
  • Familiarity with SMS tools, QGIS, MapShaper, Swagger
  • Experience in technology companies using Agile methodology
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish
  • Experience handling customer service on social media and/or Reclame Aqui
