Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field)
Intermediate to advanced English
Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, customer success, support)
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Differentials:
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Experience with customer service platforms and systems
Familiarity with SMS tools, QGIS, MapShaper, Swagger
Experience in technology companies using Agile methodology
Intermediate to advanced Spanish
Experience handling customer service on social media and/or Reclame Aqui
