Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams and institutional stakeholders across your assigned territory.
Create and execute territory business plans to meet targets and improve patient care.
Hold professional visits and educational meetings to share clear, evidence-based clinical information.
Collect customer and market insights, and use them to refine local plans and improve execution.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to address customer needs and ensure high-quality delivery.
Follow company policies, quality standards and local regulations in all activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; life sciences, pharmacy, or clinical backgrounds are an advantage.
1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, medical, field roles or account management.
Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
Comfortable using everyday computer tools such as Word, Excel and mobile apps.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
