Responsibilities
- Lead integration activities across major Infrastructure Technology Operations (IT&O) functions
- Develop a multi-year technical integration roadmap planning
- Perform activities to identify and pursue market opportunities for IT products
- Oversee customer engagements and develop IT product solution strategy
- Manage development, resource allocation and scheduling for project requirements
- Consult on value propositions and analysis of customer processes
- Represent/promote IT products internally and externally
- Adjust product strategy to meet financial targets
- Serve as liaison between IT&O functions and Integration Management Office
- Maintain risk, issues and opportunities (RIO) reporting
- Develop and manage complex IT project plans and deliverables
- Lead activities to determine project scope, schedule, and budget baselines
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and negotiate necessary resources to meet project goals
- Provide analysis and recommendations on resource allocation
- Provide leadership and guidance on project communication plans
