About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams and institutional stakeholders across your assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement territory business plans that align with local needs and broader commercial goals.
  • Conduct professional visits and educational meetings to share clear, evidence-based clinical information.
  • Gather customer and market insights and use them to refine plans and improve execution.
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions to meet customer needs and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure all activities follow company policies, quality standards and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; life sciences, pharmacy or clinical backgrounds are an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in sales, field roles, medical liaison or account management.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages.
  • Comfortable using everyday computer tools such as Word, Excel and mobile apps.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Customer-focused mindset with integrity and commitment to ethical behaviour.
