Closely work with our sales team for key customers in the DACH region and select other countries by developing partner tailored marketing activities that drive mutual growth
Develop B2B2C marketing campaigns including ideation, business case assessment, final concept development and rollout in the respective countries
Manage marketing requests by the B2B sales team and develop convincing solutions & concepts to address the relevant needs
Define regional marketing strategies for our product brands to drive revenue growth in our B2B sales channels in the EMEA & APAC region
Ensure localisation and implementation of global marketing activities and campaigns, such as product launches and brand campaigns
Improve global and regional marketing processes and tools to ensure effective marketing support for the sales team as well as B2B customers
Identify new marketing opportunities and steer cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the Sales, PR, Content, Digital Marketing, Brand and Graphics team
Analyse the results of regional marketing activities and report key metrics to the management team
Requirements
3+ years of relevant and proven marketing experience for B2C brands, ideally in the consumer goods industry (beauty, cosmetics, sexual wellness)
Strong commercial business sense with a focus on Ecommerce and trade marketing
Pragmatic and solution-oriented thinker with a creative mindset and strong conceptual as well as implementation skills
Possess the love to persuade critical voices with convincing arguments and highly motivated to tackle challenges
Not afraid to take decisions in the light of uncertainty backed by thorough analysis and research
Extremely well organized and accountable: To-do lists, Excel Sheets, Reports, CRM tools are part of your daily routine
Maintain a high level of independence and responsibility for achieving results
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication is a plus, or showcase your knowledge
Fluent level of English and German to Mother Tongue Standard
