About the role
- Support dealership performance through coaching, analysis, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose gaps and implement solutions.
- Assist with customer service issues and program support.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Deliver presentations and training to dealership staff.
- Travel extensively to provide on-site support and build strong dealer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience showcasing organizational and project management skills, customer-facing sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel (>80%) and learn on the go.
