About the role

  • Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy
  • Collaborate with territory partners to co-create efficient routing strategies
  • Take full ownership of the patient onboarding process
  • Own and exceed sales targets while driving market share growth
  • Leverage a consultative approach when sharing industry, disease, and product knowledge
  • Build contacts within the diabetes community by attending local events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in delivering high-quality customer onboarding
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with the entire office

Requirements

  • Associate degree
  • 5 + years of sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area
  • Ability to lift, carry and transport 30 lbs
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success in business to business or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diabetes)
