Responsibilities
Develop and lead the territory’s business strategy
Collaborate with territory partners to co-create efficient routing strategies
Take full ownership of the patient onboarding process
Own and exceed sales targets while driving market share growth
Leverage a consultative approach when sharing industry, disease, and product knowledge
Build contacts within the diabetes community by attending local events
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in delivering high-quality customer onboarding
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with the entire office
Requirements
Associate degree
5 + years of sales experience
Valid driver’s license
Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area
Ability to lift, carry and transport 30 lbs
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Demonstrated success in business to business or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diabetes)
